A generator changeover switch installed by LCG Electrical Group is the answer.
This changeover switch is simply installed in your main switchboard and allows for the connection of a generator through a new power inlet.
Your generator is then connected using a suitable load rated lead, the changeover switch is then manually operated allowing you the convenience of ongoing power while the mains power is not available.
Conveniently power your critical appliances like NBN modem, fridges, freezers, computers, lights, TV, cooling and water heaters, while the grid supply is off.
When power resumes, simply switch back to mains, turn off your generator and pack away for next time.
